  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EAT will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Transit time: After processing, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 3–6 business days from order placement, including processing and transit.

Carrier Partners

Once your order is processed, it will be delivered through our in-house delivery service or trusted local courier partners, depending on the order type and destination.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees start from KSh350 within Nairobi and KSh650 for other regions in Kenya, and may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location. The exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout.
